    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – B2B

    SINFUL ApS

    1. General Information

    These terms apply to all B2B purchases made on the SINFUL ApS website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

    2. Products

    Products are offered subject to availability. SINFUL ApS reserves the right to change assortment, discontinue products, and make minor product changes without notice.

    3. Product Content and Marketing Materials

    SINFUL ApS provides product data, product descriptions, packshots, and selected product images for download and use by the Customer in connection with the resale and marketing of the Products.

    However, model images featuring branded Nortie underwear products may not be used, copied, distributed, or published by the Customer without prior written approval from SINFUL ApS.

    Packshots and non-model product images may be freely used by the Customer for marketing and resale purposes.

    All intellectual property rights related to product data, descriptions, images, trademarks, and other marketing materials remain the property of SINFUL ApS.

    4. Ordering

    Orders are placed directly on the website and are binding once completed. SINFUL ApS reserves the right to reject orders.

    • Pricing errors 

    • Stock issues 

    • Suspicion of misuse

    5. Prices

    All prices are shown on the website and are exclusive of VAT. Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout applies. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.

    The Customer is solely responsible for resale pricing.

    6. Payment

    Payment is made directly at checkout. No invoice is issued prior to payment.

    Accepted currencies: DKK and EUR.

    Ownership of goods remains with SINFUL ApS until full payment is received.

    7. Delivery

    Delivery terms: DDP (Incoterms 2020).

    Free shipping on orders above EUR 700 / DKK 5.000.

    Orders below EUR 700 and DKK 5.000 are charged standard shipping rates depending on destination.

    Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

    8. Pallets

    Large orders may be shipped on one-way pallets. These are non-returnable and not credited.

    9. Risk and Inspection

    Risk transfers upon delivery. 

    The Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and report any:

    • Damage

    • Missing items

    • Incorrect deliveries

    The customer must inspect goods and report issues within 5 days.

    10. Returns and Claims

    Returns require prior approval. SINFUL ApS may replace goods or issue credit notes. Documentation from B2B customer is required.

    No consumer return rights apply.

    11. Liability

    SINFUL ApS is not liable for indirect losses. Liability is limited to the value of the goods.

    12. Force Majeure

    SINFUL ApS is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond control.

    13. Applicable Law

    Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by Danish courts.
