The gag has one ring that is placed in the mouth. Leather straps are attached to each side of the ring. The two leather straps fasten behind the head using a metal buckle. The buckle has a total of 10 different positions.

The gag comes with three different rings, one in leather, one in metal and one in rubber. The rings are fastened in place using snap fasteners.
