    This is my first Prostate Vibrator, but I have used various anal toys and dildos that are as large (thick) as this, so the girth didn't bother me; in fact, it was quite pleasurable inserting each knot. So, why the four stars? The vibrator. If the purpose of the vibrator is to stimulate the prostate, it loses almost all its intensity by the top knot, making it nearly pointless. The battery is another issue—I made a mistake by not fully reading the details. LR1 batteries are much more expensive than AA. Yes, I understand the point about 'size,' but once this device is inserted, an extra 20mm length on the vibration head wouldn't be an issue for me. Something worth considering for the next iteration.
