The Ami Kegel Balls Set from  consists of 3 pink, soft and extremely comfortable kegel balls developed in cooperation with leading sexperts.

All 3 balls are equipped with a metal ball inside that moves lightly when you use it. To avoid the ball falling out, you will be ‘forced’ to pinch together around the ball, which will allow you to train your pelvic floor to be stronger and healthier. The kegel kit consists of 3 different balls: Ami 1 is a large and lightweight single ball. Ideal if you are new to pelvic floor training. Ami 2 is a medium-sized double ball that is slightly heavier than Ami 1. Ami 2 is used when/if the workout with Ami 1 is not challenging enough for you. Ami 3 is a small and heavier double ball. When doing your exercises, it’s important that you are relaxed. Do these exercises for about 5 minutes at a time. Remember to take small breaks if you need to.
